SMS TERMS OF SERVICE
These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the SMS/text messaging program provided by Terri Speaks LLC ("Terri Speaks," "we," "us," or "our").
By voluntarily opting in to receive SMS messages from Terri Speaks, you agree to these SMS Terms and our SMS Privacy Policy.
1. SMS PROGRAM
Terri Speaks LLC provides a low-volume SMS communication program designed to keep opted-in contacts informed about relevant educational content, programs, events, appointments, resources, and promotional opportunities.
Depending on the consent you provide and your relationship with Terri Speaks, messages may include:
Financial education and educational resources;
Training and YouTube livestream reminders;
Program and event announcements and updates;
Marketing and promotional messages;
Appointment reminders and related communications; and
Customer service and business follow-up.
2. CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES
By affirmatively opting in to the Terri Speaks SMS program, you authorize Terri Speaks LLC to send text messages to the mobile telephone number you provide.
Your consent applies to the SMS communication types identified in the applicable opt-in process.
Providing a phone number without affirmatively consenting to SMS does not constitute SMS marketing consent.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies.
Terri Speaks intends to send SMS communications on a low-volume basis. The frequency of messages may vary depending on your interactions with Terri Speaks and the types of communications for which you have provided consent.
4. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages or data according to your mobile service plan. Terri Speaks LLC is not responsible for carrier charges.
5. OPTING OUT
You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:
STOP
to a message from Terri Speaks.
You may also use other supported opt-out instructions provided in our SMS communications.
After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. You will not receive additional SMS marketing messages from the applicable SMS program unless you subsequently provide valid consent to receive them again.

7. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCURATE INFORMATION
You are responsible for providing a valid mobile telephone number that you are authorized to use.
By opting in, you represent that you have the authority to provide the mobile number and consent to receive messages at that number.
8. THIRD-PARTY CARRIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
SMS messages are transmitted through telecommunications networks and third-party service providers.
Terri Speaks LLC does not control mobile carriers or telecommunications networks and cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered successfully or immediately.
Terri Speaks uses third-party technology providers, including ActiveCampaign, to help manage and deliver SMS communications.
9. NO SHARING OR SALE OF MOBILE NUMBERS FOR THIRD-PARTY MARKETING
Terri Speaks LLC does not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Information may be shared with service providers as reasonably necessary to operate and administer the SMS program.
10. PRIVACY
Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with the Terri Speaks LLC SMS Privacy Policy and the general Terri Speaks LLC Privacy Policy.
Please review those policies for additional information regarding the collection, use, protection, and disclosure of personal information.
11. CHANGES TO THE SMS PROGRAM
Terri Speaks LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program or any portion of it at any time, subject to applicable requirements.
We may also update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised Effective Date.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Terri Speaks LLC is not responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions in SMS delivery caused by mobile carriers, telecommunications networks, technology providers, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
